Returns and refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Under this voluntary policy, items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Start a return

Use our contact form with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the correct return destination and instructions. Do not use the address on a parcel without checking with us.

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded except where required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee.

UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you can notify us of cancellation within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, then return it within a further 14 days. We refund the eligible goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever comes first, and make deductions permitted by law for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Bundles and partial returns

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts. We explain any partial-bundle refund before you return the items. These conditions do not restrict statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing in these policies limits any mandatory consumer rights. Australian customers retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that fail consumer guarantees. Customers in the UK, Canada and United States retain applicable statutory rights. The voluntary 30-day unused-return conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Applicable statutory deadlines take precedence.
