Products and orders

Read product descriptions, age guidance and safety instructions before ordering. Assorted colours and mystery designs may vary. Images showing several colours may illustrate the range; the stated pack quantity determines what you receive. Toys are not food. Follow product-specific age guidance and keep small parts away from children under three.

Orders depend on payment and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund unavailable items.

Prices and promotions

Prices display in the selected market currency. Shipping and applicable charges are shown before payment. Mix and match: 2 items save 15%, 3–4 items save 20%, and 5 or more save 25%. Each retail pack counts as one item. The best eligible automatic discount applies; offers do not stack. Bundle comparisons use the current prices of included products bought individually.

Delivery, returns and consumer rights

Our shipping and refund policies explain delivery estimates, rates and return procedures. Nothing in these policies limits any mandatory consumer rights. Australian customers retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that fail consumer guarantees. Customers in the UK, Canada and United States retain applicable statutory rights. The voluntary 30-day unused-return conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or submit unlawful content. We may correct genuine errors, but will contact you before making a material change to a paid order.
